Experienced and Aggressive Criminal Defense
There are two type of restricted licenses in Washington State: The Occupational/Restricted License and the Ignition Interlock License.
The Occupational/Restricted License is not available for license suspension due to an alcohol related offense, like DUI or Physical Control. This type of license sets limits on both the time of day and the amount per day you can drive. You can learn more about qualifying for an ORL, click here.
Ignition Interlock License
The Ignition Interlock License is a driver's license that requires you to have an Ignition Interlock device in your car. This license specifically allows you to operate a vehicle for your work, if your supervisor signs the appropriate paperwork. Learn more about the IIL here.
